The Psychic Coach

BakeR Gendron, The Psychic Coach, wanted to reposition her services and a fresh new look. We created a new tagline “The Psychic Coach: Sense, Empower, Soar” and refined her content under three distinct service areas: coaching, teaching and readings to more clearly convey her scope of work. Her new website, brochure, business cards and retreat flyers now project a harmonious, consistent look and message.

The mandate was to develop & launch a global website for Mersen’s Electrical Power division that would unify 15 different website domains under the corporate brand image. As Project Manager, my responsibility was to lead the Electrical Power global website team, manage and coordinate all aspects of web agency selection, oversee website development, launch, and implementation and provide on-going support and project management for new website-based projects.

In May 2013, we successfully launched the new global website consisting of:

  • 10 countries with 7 languages
  • A global product database of over 14,000 parts
  • A resource library with over 3,069 items
  • Several product selector tools
  • Five robust search tools for searching the product catalog, CAD files, cross references and site content
  • A new enterprise-level open source content management system (Typo3) enabling Mersen personnel to maintain over 95% of the site internally.

My role as project manager continues as new features and capabilities continue to be added to the site.

Ann Gilfillan wanted help with her marketing. After careful review, we determined that her message and services were being diluted across four separate websites. This approach also made it much more cumbersome for the client to maintain and market. Creative Leap recommended rebranding and merging all the services under one umbrella brand, “Pathways to the Heart.”
